Refund policy

Returns

Our returns policy lasts for a maximum of 30 days. No refunds can be applied after this time period.
NOTE: Our 30 day return policy commences when the product has been dispatched.

The only time we authorise a full refund is when the goods received are damaged upon receipt. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as you have received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photo evidence of the damage.

note: returns on custom shoes are only accepted if the item itself is received damaged. This includes: if any parts of the shoe are torn.

We also offer a chance for you to send us the custom shoe back for free to fix any issue such as marks, missing paint, etc email us to see if you qualify for this.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
If we do not receive the item back a refund will be denied.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is showing.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Gift Items:
Please note that if item was bought as gift it cannot be returned.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should receive an address via email, once your return request has been accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If the returning item is sent to any address other than the one we send you, we cannot guarantee a refund of money or product.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if not received refunds will be denied.
